The Yogi’s Diet and the Alchemy of Food FILLING

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity filling up

Right diet is one of the most hotly debated topics in the wellness community. In this workshop, we will explore an assortment of yogic dietary models – from “pure veg” to Ayurvedic to Tantric – as well as popular contemporary models, including ancestral Paleo and plant-based diets.

Taking a non-dogmatic approach, we will discuss different diets, address important nutritional considerations, share stories, ask questions, and open ourselves to discovering a diet that is personally optimal based on practical knowledge, body wisdom, and deep resonance.

Most importantly, we will learn and practice how to bless all food with Sanskrit mantras, transforming what we eat from a karmic experience into an offering to the Divine.

Tea and treats provided!
