Divine Play: Partner Flow Yoga Play Shop LIMITED

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

All-levels welcome. This Yoga play shop is for Friends, yoga Buddies, and partners. We will practice the art of Kalyanamitra (connecting as spiritual friends).

The four attitudes of loving-kindness, joy, compassion, and equanimity (maitri, mudita, karuna, upeksha) inform our relationship to Self, Other, and Community and help us to co-create balance.

In partner practice, we learn to link the four attitudes (KUMM) and remap the ways we form limbic loops, foster more experiences of oneness, activate more access points to Spirit. We will curate an experience of mindful movement. By using these ancient technologies of embodied wisdom, we will learn giving and receiving more of what we all want: to experience express more happiness and more freedom, to express more of ourselves, through connection, collaboration, creativity, and community.

"We are awakening one another.
It does not matter whose heart
still clings to the vine.

In time
everyone will know
that
each
passing
moment
contains the changing seasons.

That what we cling to as seed
we must let go of to grow.
Must champion to take root.
Must fall in love with as tender shoot.

Spring, summer, winter, fall
this is All...
yet hearts do cling. They do." ~ em claire, poet ~

In this Partner Flow Yoga Play Shop, Liz and Randall will guide practicioners through asanas alternating between giving and receiving. Through partner asana and thai massage, workshop participants will practice providing a supportive role in grounding, balancing, extending from center of who we are to connect with One an Other. Attune breath, align intention, and cultivate metta, loving-kindness.
