This workshop will tackle a wide array of arm balances and transitions in a way that will dissolve fear and create an open and fun space! 
These poses teach us about our inner strength, courage, and playfulness. You will learn to ignite your fire from the core to find (bala)nce and harmony in these postures. Come Get Lifted!

Class will begin with pranayama exercises followed by a warm up sequence that will open up the hamstrings, hips, and shoulders. 
Core work designed to bring awareness to the inner thighs, pelvic floor, and abdomen. 
Arm balances and transitions: 
bakasana to headstand
titibasana to bakasana
koundinyasana 1 to 2
eka pada bakasana to koundinyasana
koundinyasana to astavakrasana
koundinyasana to chin stand
Class will end with yin postures and a long savasana
