Denise will be offering a workshop titled Broken Open-The Path to the Heart. If you want to bring great things into your life, you need to listen to your heart. The heart is more than just an organ. It is where the whole Universe lives. It's where valuable guidance dwells and where spiritual wisdom resides. In this workshop, you will learn to listen and become aware of your feelings and emotions instead of reason and logic of the the mind. You will learn how to trust them as inner guidance to guide you to your soul's purpose. Listening to your heart does not come with pressure or pain, nor is it associated with Ego; a burden or a fear that you are doing something wrong. There are no pros and cons from living from the heart. There are no expectations, just a sense of openness, calmness and peace. Listening to your heart allows you to follow the path that is meant for you; not allowing others to take control over your life. 

This class will incorporate dynamic asana, heart wisdom offerings, chanting, dancing, meditation and pranyama. Please be prepared to call in what your heart desires and release what no longer serves you. There will also be a little after class surprise..
