Flow + Groove is a fun and inspiring power vinyasa flow practice that is designed to integrate and liberate energy, and through the exploration of expansion, growth and freedom, develop a lightness of spirit. The invitation is to blur the lines of a traditional and modern practice by connecting breath + movement through an unconventional asana practice set to deep musical beats provided by Los Angeles DJ duo Mental Physix. Creative and unique sequencing, use of alignment principles, and fluid transitions are layered with a positive and joyful energy that allow us to raise the vibration together as a collective whole.
