Join musician and healer, Poranguí, as we create a circle of rhythm, sound, and movement! Rediscover the first and most complex instrument known to humankind: your self. Together we will explore where body percussion, voice, breath, and Spirit meet in a polyrhythmic dance. By connecting with our body's innate pulse and cultivating that expression in a safe & celebratory container, we unfold ourselves to emBody Dance, Sing our Soul and Play our Mind. Yogis will have fun feeling free to express their embodiment through movement and sound in a community and collaborative setting, deepening your practice within at the same time.
No experience necessary...this is for ALL! Together we remind each other to imagine, create and manifest through sacred vibration….cause like the old Zimbabwe proverb say, "if you can walk, you can dance, if you can talk, you can sing" and if you can laugh, you can play!
