Limited Capacity seats available

Taking time to practice yoga is important in any environment you find yourself in. While you're traveling for fun or working, doing yoga on the go is just as important as attending class in your regular routine. More importantly, engaging in your discipline of practicing yoga without an instructor present is key. In particular, finding yourself still and calm in stressful environments will help you cope in any situation you find yourself in. Understand the transformation of a regular, self-guided yoga practice - whereever you are in the world and under any circumstance.

This workshop will discuss the importance of practicing Yoga under any circumstance and within any environment. Through experiences of working overseas in a conflict environment, Kristine will offer practical methods of clearing your mind, finding your space, and engaging in a self-guided yoga practice. She will also share techniques that can help guide your practice and empower you to shine your light through the power of connecting through body, mind and spirit. It will end with a community sharing exercise, so that audience members can participate in a group discussion and the importance of understanding the power of healing through dialogue.
