Donna’s themed classes offer a unique fusion of alignment, anatomy, and strength while delving into the deeper meaning of Yoga. She specializes in modalities for healing in all levels, gentle, and specialty classes that target specific areas of the body or ailments. All of her classes are conducted with a healthy dose of humor while cultivating a calm and centered mind.
She has been teaching yoga since 2001 and is registered as an E-RYT500. Besides her very busy teaching schedule, she plays the role of mentor to newly graduated yoga teachers, is an integral part of a 200 hour and 300 hour teacher trainings, offers specialty workshops, certification courses, and retreats.
When she’s not teaching, she stays busy enjoying life with her husband of 25 years and her big rescue dog, a Bullmastiff named Bailey.

Donna began her journey into teaching in the Anusara lineage where she acquired her love of anatomy and movement, and continued her advanced studies in the Parayoga lineage.

My intention is to continue to grow and evolve in my life, my career, my spiritual journey, to offer guidance to young teachers as they begin their journey, and to help as many people as I can along the way. Share a smile, make someone laugh, don’t take myself too seriously, and spread the love.
